We initially began with rapid office and retail acquisitions, but over time have gravitated towards a variety of additional asset classes. Our target deal flow has also expanded from traditional stabilized assets to encompass value-add and development.
The BPG portfolios have steadily grown year-over-year and we look to consistently do the same in the future. Our aim is to continue to do so through in-house acquisitions, as well as co-investment on third party deals.
